Dayna Mayhew

I am new on this site as of tonight, just looking around. I had my lapband surgery 4 years out and have stayed pretty much the same after loosing from 286 to 170...I have been up and down 10 but I am at the top of that 10 now and am getting scared because I am feeling out of control lately...thought I better start talking about it now. I know you all could help...thanks for listening to me and congrats to all of you ...this is not a easy road for any of us.
