    Belly Flap Blues...

Yes momma_d... my insurance has a 1 year requirement. I've got myself a decent girdle but... that makes it harder to tolerate some foods as my guts are getting squished. =/ It's just time to say good bye to this not so lovely handle.

    Belly Flap Blues...

Thank you. .. I will look I to lowering cortisol. .. tips are appreciated =).
  3. I have the same problem with my band. I could not keep anything down. Went to the Dr. had a imaging drink test that showed a tiny bit of slipage. My band was emptied for 2 months... then gradually refilled. I gained weight back.. blah. But once I got back to a 9cc fill it started falling off again. That was my trouble spot before. it has been 3 months and the problems are starting again. I am making an appointment to reduce the fill by .5 or 1cc and see how that goes. It is so miserable and concerning as I can't even keep down a protein shake! I've been getting dizzy and very tired. If the reduction does not work I am seeking a alternate procedure for my long term goals.
  4. I have lost 110lbs... I am 50 lbs from my goal so I am not ready for a tummy tuck...yet. But my issue has been... nothing I do has reduced the density of my belly fat. I would be happy to see loose skin at this point. To fit a pair of pants properly, I have to buy a size bigger than what works for my legs =(. In itself not a problem, beside looking like a diaper. Lol. So dresses are best right now. Does anyone have suggestions for how to reduce the dreaded belly flap?
