  1. I am a yr and a half out. I eat anything I want but 4 or five bites and I am full. As long as I make sure I drink my Water I am maintaining. I lost 106 lbs but would like to lose 30 more. I try to eat 4 times a day to keep my metabolism working. I also try not to eat bread. It is just too heavy. Sent from my SPH-L520 using the BariatricPal App

  5. I am 17 months post-op. Down 112 lbs. I recently started having pain to the right of our belly button when I bend or cough. Now it feels like something gets tangled when I sneeze or bend very far. Sent from my SPH-L520 using the BariatricPal App
  6. I use my fitness pal to log my food. I'm down 45 lbs since 10/6. It really helps to track your food and know which good choices taste the best.
  7. I am exactly 2 months post op. Sleeve. I am 42 pounds down and it has been a bumpy road with learning how to eat. Maintain fluid intake and get my protein in. But..... I have no regrets, it has made it possible for me to gain control of my eating. I was never a big eater, just poor choices. Food is no longer fun so I am learning what works and it's a simple decision. I would rather have a boiled egg white than a piece of pizza! Yay me

  9. Drink drink drink. I was sleeved October 6th, I have done well. Down 40 pounds, I was admitted yesterday for kidney stones, NO FUN. Apparently a new vitamin regimen and not enough water daily.......
  10. I make my own. 1% milk Protein powder and a sweet n low and some frozen fruit. Gives me at least 24 grams of protein first thing in the morning
  11. I am about six weeks out and I still have it if I don't take an acid reducer. I hear it gets much better in time
  12. Congrats. You look awesome
  13. I am a wife and a mom of 4 children ranging in age from 21 to 9 . I had gastric sleeve on October 6, 2014. So I am about six weeks out and down 40 lbs. I had my surgery in Mexico by Dr. Amanda (sp). I really have no complaints. I am Impatient I weigh every day and get discouraged when the sale doesn't change but I am so glad I am losing. Before surgery I could work hard and lose 20 lbs but then I would gain it back. It is a challenge working and keeping up with fluid intake and getting my protein and calories in.
