Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I needed that. I was sleeved 11/11/14. Everything is going great. I just fear the day the scale does not move. Just needed a boost and a reminder that as long as I keep making great choices the weight will come off!!

I add chocolate Protein powder (or whatever flavor) to my Decaf coffee. To keep it from clumping I mix once scoop with about 2 oz. of soy milk in my Ninja the night before then pour it into my Keurig coffee in the morning. It's how I start everyday now!
