The weight just came up on me and I don't know where from. I asked my doctor and she said am I eating to much and I said I don't believe so. She said well they don't come from the air so you must be. I have noticed that I late night snack more than anything. I stopped weighting in cause I was getting super upset about it.

Honeymoon is over with my surgery and I'm hating myself

I'm hating the old feeling of not losing and trying really hard, feeling the old well its not working just give up montage coming back. I'm doing a huge pouch reset recommended to me by my surgeon. Its for two weeks and I will tell you I'm having the pre op headaches and head hunge. I'll get through it just tough not losing anything for month on end.

Thanks for the encouragement...I know what my problem i. Old habits I don't see progress so I slip back into the old way of thinking and it says screw it just eat whatever it doesn't matter. I locked up all the junk food and gave the key to my family so I don't have access to it. Tomorrow is a new day! You guys are my rock!

Mindless eating lately and I don't know how to stop!

So last I checked in I had fluid out because I was too tight. I feel ok, Im able to eat some things and doing ok. But just last night i felt like my band was too tight which is weird since I havent had any fluid bakc in.

4 lb weight gain in a week..better be water weight

4th Fill today. I'm now at 5.25 cc's. Definitely feeling restriction. I'm having trouble with choosing foods I can eat. I tried a piece of fish today and got stuck. No bueno! Not really loosing a whole bunch of weight either... hmm. Any suggestions on food would be great because I'm getting pretty tired of these shakes. Help!

maybe since you are just feeling the restriction you should try some high protein liquids to get those in and then really really chew your food. I know that when I first started I had to bite, chew and wait and min or two to make sure I wasn't over doing it. Try a work out plan to lost some weight, a lot of people weight til they have lost significant amount of weight but I feel that the sooner you start the healthier you are and easier it becomes over time. The more muscle you add the more calories you burn and since muscle is leaner you looker thinner when weight loss isn't happening!

I did it! I actually exercised yesterday...on purpose! I swear I popped a lung though. Man, that hurt!!!

Definitely not. I wanted to feel like I could breathe when walking. Get off my diabetes medication, Play with my kids without feeling tired and sweaty. Yea its great I look better but feeling better if my over all goal and that's why even though I get frustrated with a stall I just deal with it cause I feel sooooo much better!

Day 2 after 3rd fill and I feel some restriction. I kept my liquid diet the first day. Today I ate humus. I tried a bit of chicken but got stuck... not fun, but im ok, I still get pretty hungry though so we'll see. Two weeks from now I have my 4th fill.

I'm with you on that. I drink water and I'm starving like I'm flushing out the food and making room for it. I drink water all day and then at night I won't lie its nothing but tea and a spoonful of peanut butter before bed. Yesterday I tried to just drink water it took me two hours to go to sleep cause of the stomach hunger pains. Lies , lies, lies !

Its been a week after my 2nd fill and I definitely get fuller with less food now, I can feel a little bit of more restriction but very little. I'm hoping 3rd time's the charm but we will see. I'm well aware it's different for all of us. On a side note my elliptical has made its way back into my bedroom. Hopefully I can make my way onto it
