Yep i am 5'7" and i weighed 320 on tuesday. He said as long as I follow his suggestions (mainly getting 100 g of Protein in a day) that loosing that is very realistic.

Last Thanksgiving as an overweight person. My surgery is Dec8th. 10 days away and it feels so unbelievable that this is for real is going to happen. Started my pre op high Protein, no sugar, very very low carb diet on Monday. It was really hard the first two days but yesterday seemed much easier. Probably had to do with getting the sugar cravings out of my system:)

I got my surgery date today!!! So excited!!! Dec. 8th! My surgeon told us that we can for sure expect to loose 100 lbs in 6 mths. That has blown my mind! I cant even begin to imagine how great I am going to feel
