  1. it's also available with chocolate. I like to make smoothies with it. available at Wal-Mart too!
  2. @@Andrew0929 - prepackaged trigger foods are a good idea. I might try that. I would have to literally hide any extra portion sized pecans/almonds/etc or just buy a pkg or two at a time. I have done that at the checkout at walmart, its a little more expensive but to have a bag a pecans/almonds would be a temptation(trigger).
  3. @@NewSetOfCurves - I love the apple and PB suggestion! I like a granny smith with PB!
  4. let me know what you find out @@WL WARRIOR I notice mine is worse when the moon is full. I use to think it was bad during that TOM but that a thing of the past. I fight the insomnia/graze thing a couple of times a month and for days at a time.
  5. @@Andrew0929 - I like the crunch too - what about pork rinds? I like to dip them in hummus too! Nuts are a trigger food for me too.
  6. I agree with ^ I think you should do the "what if" and just in case (pepper spray in hand). Don't want to find out you got hurt or something.
  7. I watched it an the "skin tight" as well and that was informative and scary. I am about 35 from doctors goal and I a rethinking where I want to end up. I think Nikkis mom has a problem too as the OP mentioned. I also thought it was odd the "other" sister was not really addressed either.
  8. @@DistillerDave - that's an excellent NSV x 2!!! meds are going down and so are the jean sizes!!!!
  9. you have done really well - I would continue on as you have.
  10. @@ExplosiveAmnesia - No! Jeez....that's 229 pounds in 180 days...that's absurd. Every doctor is different I was given a "range" that is somewhat understandable IMO. 30% around 3 months 50% around 6 months 70% at a year at 230 pounds to LOSE at 3 months (30%) you we be past that amount (69lbs) - that's if my math is correct. who is your doctor? I am near Jax.
  11. I was doing that last night. I am re-thinking how I dress. I am older and of the mind set that I don't care what anything THINKS I should wear. I will wear what I feel looks good on me and I feel good wearing I will still wear a lot of black though - kind of my thing
  12. @@trekker954 - where In florida? they sent me to a st vincents satellite office.
  13. @@cindyw41 - OneDerland!!!!! sweet!!!!
  14. I have been on a stall for a little over two weeks. Junk "bites" have also snuck back in along with not enough water...
  15. @@bluejeanbaby - I would contact my doctor and just ask, cant hurt
  16. @@OKCPirate - thanks for sharing, a lot of what you said sounded very familiar.
  17. @@freemommy×4 - praying for your recovery. So sorry to hear about the complications. At least they found out before it spread throughout your body~
  18. @@pickle25 - you are a survivor and stronger than you think. You made the decision to have surgery and you are moving on with the abuse situation. I applaud your openness and would give you a big hug if I could to help you get through all of this. kinda hard to hug across the pond though. Come here and post. you got a BIG BP family out here...we are a mess at times too. But there are people here who have survived some of those same situations. take care, keep in touch and most importantly - don't quit!
  19. @@yerawizardamy - call the doctors office and see what the recommend. there are a lot of products sold OTC that I hear are good. I also live in Florida and I know it has been a weird week with the temperatures going up and down....
  20. @@Backer16 - shes a lucky girl! I concur with @@dhrguru its her journey. Celebrate, encourage, don't instruct and don't let her journey "become your burden"!
  21. @@jembell01 -It always HUGE when we hit a milestone congrats! Keep working it!
  22. @@JessicaMarieee - it will get easier. Focus on staying hydrated, eat/drink Protein first and keep moving!!!! It will happen~ Welcome to the Losers Bench!
  23. I order and remove what I don't want in places with a drive thru. The hassle isn't worth the outcome. We eat out a lot and I do make requests: no croutons, no rice, etc. Doesn't ALWAYS work though
