I have now in one weeks time met all my insurance requirements and even joined the YMCA to start my exercise program. See my Dr on 11-19 I'm getting so excited to get this going!!!!!

Thanks. For the advice. I am 55. 5'2" /245. I know age is also a factor. I realize the commitment I'm making and I know it may be difficult along the way. But what r your stats. Would you still make the same choice today if knowing what you do? -
How do I join this group. I'm 55 next week. I'm scheduled for preop appointment on November 19 th to get my sleeve surgery date. I'm super excited. But feel filling a group in my age group would be most beneficial.

Sleeving I'm so happy for you. Can't wait to hear your loss amount!!! Jamie, I'm so glad things are getting easier for you too. You both give me hope, I was on a feed yesterday with many weeks and even months after just making it sound so bad. I know everyone heals different but love to know what things you each did since surgery.

My surgery should be December, I'm getting the sleeve and will be on two week liquid diet prior. I have my appointment to set the date on November 19th. Super excited!!!!
