Day 4 for me also. How are you doing? I've actually done better then I thought. Still early though..... I feel this is a great test to our determination and ability to change our eating habits for life.

Well spoken Byrdc, I so far haven't had doubts. I do get nervous and day4 of liquid diet makes it surreal that there is 10 days to go. Then my nerves and excitement kick in. I don't know if I'd make it without our group!!!!!! -
Flmommy are you in full liquid diet also

I actually started my 2 week liquid diet today. Protein shakes, sugar free jello or pudding and Popsicles. Broth. I made homemade soup for family so I got to have the broth. Actually a good day they say 2-3 is the worst. -

When you're sharing such personal journeys it creates a special bond for sure!!!!! Don't know what I'd do with my groups. When you're going through this it's on your mind 24/7 and when those you know aren't they don't understand it's your every thought. -

Well mine a bit different I got surgery date 2 days after my Birthday so that was my birthday???? now my surgery is my best and early ????CHRISTmas ???? -
Thanks. That's what I was hoping for. When I first was booking I picked December 29 so it wouldn't effect CHRISTmas. But then all I could think is by then I'd be two weeks post if I took 16th. Like you I thought I should feel pretty good by then. But thanks for first hand advice it's so much better then guessing and I know everyone's different.

Hiedie I'm the 16th also. Can't wait still more nervous about my two week pre diet "full liquid". I know I'll be nervous as day closes in because actual surgery and recovery. But just thinking of how much better my life will be. I can't wait. You are in a great place nothing but support here. We're all in it together. Love this group.
