Umm no! I have a small Volvo and he has a big Dodge Ram truck with huge Windows. That's the equivalent of being in the open. Old Mr Myers next door would have a heart attack and he's barely hanging on as it is! I'm too much of a chicken sh*t to drive off somewhere because as soon as I do you will see me on the 9 o'clock news either A) murdered by Jason or arrested for indecent exposure! I barely leave the house...I'm too kidnappable these days!!

Have I mentioned how cool it is to cut your toenails 90#'s lighter?

Relationship tip, if she ever wants to "spice things up" with role play, make sure you know when to start. I got into the role, and realized, she forgot we were starting after I had been doing it for 5 minutes. Awkward.

@WLSResources/ClothingExch - you are not chopped liver, but I don't want to go so far over the top that Alex has to slap me down. She did enough of that....opps, TMI

I wish California had a less idiotic government. I'd love the climate, most of the people, but the nanny state drives me nuts. But it was great visiting again.

UCLA man - I just got out of my hot tub. Yep, stark naked. I'm in Oklahoma. I have been sampling some stuff I picked up in CO . And you know what? The people here leave you alone when you are not hurting them. The problem with too many people is they just want to look for a reason to complain. And it sucks that it happens in CA which is the place where no one should ever complain. You can be utterly be out of your mind and it would take years for anyone to figure it out because it is so dang nice to be there. I complimented most of the people who live there, I love the vibe of the place, I just hate the dang over reaching government, lighten up.
Note: I do hate the damn California refugees. I noticed this while doing projects in AZ and NV. There are many California refugees who leave because of costs and taxes. Strangely they move east and start demanding the same expensive services to be paid for by other people in a new state. Umm, how many budgets can you bankrupt? So hopefully Trump builds a wall to our south and along the CA border. -- And to those who don't know me that is hyperbole (if you don't know what that word means, please Google it, or just don't comment).

The push to onederland begins again. I'm doing the Tony Garza six week fat loss challenge. If I lose 20 pounds, it's free. If I fall short, it's $350. I'm two years out, and I need a new challenge.

A good friend killed themselves today. Sad and mad. Three kids who have to deal with this, and the loss of a sweet soul.

I had a herniated disc in my next this past December.. Had my sleeve done about 72 hrs ago... I would have abdominal surgery of herniated disc any day.. my nerve pinch experience was so much more painful than my surgery.. Wishing you a speedy recovery... I tried everything, physical therapy, chiropractic adjustment, traction, acupuncture and dry needling.. the only thing that helped were pain medication and time.. about 5 weeks to recover.. I feel for you..

A/C went out. 90+ and no wind. I think at 300 I would be dead by now, but now just uncomfortable. But still can't wait to get it fixed. Hurry up repair guy you are six minutes late.

It was about as perfect as I could stand. Found out more great things about my girlfriend. Watched the best wedding ceremony I have ever seen. They are creating a blended family, so they asked the kids to come up and they wrote special vows to the kids, promising not to show favoritism, nor separate them from their other parent. Very moving, and needed.

Should have written down the spice amounts. Ground turkey chili came out great, not sure if I can replicate it.

http://damndelicious.net/2016/07/13/best-cauliflower-pizza-crust/ This is the recipe I found, first time followed it as written, second time I added a extra egg, and the crust turned out better (held together better, which might be because of the size eggs I have).

I have gotten sick once since my surgery, felt weak and exhausted, ended up in an ER, they couldn't find anything, other than my blood pressure was low, they ended up giving me 2 liters of IV fluids and I was feeling a little better. Glad to hear you're feeling better... from what I have seen in the ICU, patient's with any bariatric surgery, tend to have less reserve, so once they get sick, they get sicker faster, why I see many in the ICU.

OutsideMatchInside, Babbs and gowalking...Thanks. I have looked for someone who is really emotionally healthy for a long time. Who knew she would also be a serious healthy athlete too . I just feel very blessed to finally find someone who I can grow emotionally intimate with. And that keeps growing every time we see each other.

I eat what I want...but what I want has changed since I began the journey...Penn Teller might say it better though:

I have really come to love traveling with my SO. It stinks having to pack for a trip when she can't be there. ;-(

Pirate, you set me up here to make a difficult choice. Do I tease you because you and your sweetie feel like teenagers over the T-shirt thing? Or do I exhale a sigh of relief that it's only T-shirts that you wear before sealing in a plastic bag and handing to her? I knew there was something weird about the water in Oklahoma.

Back from Dallas and Coldplay concert experience. Sat in the middle of my row, didn't worry about the seat breaking....bounced up and down for two hours...nice new NSV

21 years ago the OKC bombing occurred. It was horrible to be here when it did, but the strength and compassion of my city is an inspiration.

You would not believe the change in OKC post bombing. Interesting book that documents most of the change from Sen. David Holt: http://www.amazon.com/Big-League-City-Oklahoma-Citys/dp/0966146093. It also shows what goes into working with the NBA and modern sports.

It's always nice hitting a home run with your SO. She has had such a rough week, found the right restaurant to relax and reconnect. The whole night was perfect. She left looking relaxed and refreshed.

Getting back to the gym again. That felt good
