I am here in Tijuana having surgery today 11/13. Everyone has been so nice and I am very comfortable with my decision.

I am ready. IV in, slept good feel good. Everyone at the hospitals has been so very nice. Thank you to everyone here who has shared the steps they took, the steps they are taking and all their feelings. I am so ready to do this. Feels like a whirlwind that brought me here. Looking forward to having more energy and more confidence to be able to fully live my life.

Have you thought of gummy vitamins?

From what I read OCC is the place where they put you in a hotel room after surgery? Do the have a nurse there with you during your several night stay?

I guess my question is why would would want to try it ? "Just because its legal" from what you said you haven't used before and there must have been a deeper reason other than it wasn't legal? Yep just a personal perception, Doing something that You haven't done in the past to take a chance on hindering your ultimate goal.

My surgery is November 13, I am reading the rough all the post-I would love a mentor!! I live in Florida, i am 52. I have been active all my life have done diets upon diets upon diets, up and down but mostly up in weight. I heard that there is a lot of gas pain after, what exactly does that mean?

November 13th for me, I am going to start liquid protein diet a week before,. Nervous about the trip to the hospital not nervous about the procedure. I am so excited to start my new journey.
