      i have multi vit with 36gm of iron and my pcp dr ordered me some just hope i dont take in to much iron

      the dietician gave me a bottle with no iron then the second bottle had iron in it the surgen said nothing i might get a small bottle just incase dont want iron issues i will call there office mon

      the maltivin don't have iron i was thinking maybe i could buy iron tablets but not sure if i need it

    I had my surgery aug 12th.I'm still on this protein shake diet and see then dietiantion tomorrow.The shakes are starting to make me feel sick hope i dont have to drink them forever and i want some soft food's but still need to get my protein in.I tried scammbled eggs it didnt stay down

      I have had 2 weeks of protein before and 2 weeks of protein after tomorrow i go to the dietitian .I think i go on a soft food diet after that

    tomorrow i start my pre op diet.I have to have 3 protein shakes a day for 2 weeks.At the dr office they said that medicade asked for some info and now they havent gave us a yes that they will or not pay for my medicare did but medicade is holding everything up.Its frustrating but hopefully they will give us a yes soon surgery is aug 12th

      I hope they fix while they are in there i see the dr on the 5th before the surgery day i think the 28th i start the 2 week pre surgery diet i think it's protein shake's

      shrinkingpeach when they did the upper gi i had a hernia but they aven't said anything about it so i guess it's ok

      I'm hoping its only a day or 2 i have acid reflix and they said the sleeve might make it worse i see my dr on the 5th and then surgery on the 12th

    I still haven't decided which surgery i want i think the sleeve becasue there's no moving things around and no dumping.But the gastric bypass my mom had and gained her weight back i guess if u eat junk that will happen and is the pouch they make the same size for both surgerys

    goodmorning everyone i have a question.I'm doing shakes right now because i have a weigh in tue i think i didnt lose i had stuff i shouldnt have.I have been doing protein shakes but my mom said do powdered milk add your protein mix and dry milk is that going to be to much milk or just a better source of protein i need to lost weight not add more to it

    goodmorning everyone i have to have 3 weigh in's where i have lost weight before i can get my surgery i just gained 5 lbs i do walk 1 to 2 miles aday i think i dont eat right or eat enough im about to just give up ill never get 3 weigh in s in a row of weight lose
