My surgery date is Dec 16th too!! I am suppppper scared, anxious, excited, terrified, and overwhelmed, any one else feel this way. I started my liquids today. I did a two week liquid diet last month when I thought my surgery was going to be earlier, and I had a really hard time finding shakes I liked because I don't enjoy milky drinks. I found the Lean shake from GNC wasn't bad, and I can stomach the premier Protein chocolate if I use tons of ice. I am nervous post op because someone told me it was hard for them to drink anything too cold. I am trying regular Protein powder tomorrow so we will see how that goes, and if I like that any better just mixed with water! Anyway! I am 29, and excited to start 2015 and my 30's on the right track! This site is awesome! So happy there are so many great people to talk to!

I just booked my sleeve with Dr. Bessler at Valley on December 16th. Finding this site super helpful! I am super scared, but also really excited! I live up in Sparta, but I work at Valley Hospital so I am always in the area!
