Just came from 6 month post op!!!!! -85lbs I've lost 62% of my access weight. Current weight: 197lbs. Goal: 150 -145 so that's 52lbs to lose from today till one year averaging about 1lb per week. Only thing low from my blood work was protein so I need to go from one shake to two shakes a day or I can mix a shake and a bar a day. I'm super excited with my results and I appreciate all of ya'lls support! Happy Thanksgiving!!!!!
