Loved watching Star Trek- all the different versions of it. I have to agree Spock was one of my favorite characters ( not Kirk). Live long and prosper!

Thanks for all the encouragement. Clothes are definitely loose, and I am wearing some pants I've had packed away for a couple years so.......... I am getting smaller! It just doesn't show up on the scale yet.

Me too! Had surgery 2/3. Haven't lost a pound since 2/17. Kind of disappointing, but I gather from reading posts on here that it will eventually pass.I am getting a little tired of it though. Hopefully yours (and mine) will break soon!

Good for you! Great job.

Those are guidelines. For many of us it just can't be done for a while. I am three weeks out and still cannot get 64 oz. of liquid in a day, but everyday I get a little closer to that goal.

Good luck and I hope your recovery goes well.

I think if you remain calmly resolute and remind him that you have done your research, he will realize it is not a debate. Perhaps his comments are masking a greater fear that he won't verbalize. My husband was frightened about my dying during the procedure. Maybe he has similar worries? Or it could be that he is just being a big jerk right now until he gets used to the idea.

Quite impressive, congratulations!

Great job, you look wonderful!

You have done well, congratulations.
