  1. Welcome to the Easter Weight Loss Challenge! This Challenge will last 6 weeks. The challenge begins on Feb. 22nd and ends March 28th.

    Please post your starting weight and goal weight on this thread only! I will do my best to update the spreadsheet on Mondays and as often as I have time. Weigh ins will be every Monday, Please be sure to post your goals and starting weight by 2/22.

    Rules and reminders:

    1. You will know your weight has been updated when I like your post

    2. Please post your weight in this thread only!

    3. We are all here to support each other, so if you have questions posted here they will be answered by anyone else willing to help.

    4. If you need to adjust your goal weight please add it in your reply.

    5. If you miss your weigh it, no problem! Please post it in your next weeks weigh in.

    6. If you change your screen name please let me know your old and new name.

    7. If you miss 3 or more weigh ins I will assume you no longer want to continur the challenge and your name will be removed from the spreadsheet.

    8.The challenge is for anyone! If you are pre op, post op or in maintenance and need some accountability this challenge is for you!

  2. Happy Sunday all!

    Just wanted to let you all know that I went in and deleted a few players who have not updated 3 or more times. If you were one that was deleted and want to play again the next challenge is just around the corner!

    We had 3 people reach goal this week, @ reached goal and wonderland! And a whopping 817.1 lbs lost this game so far!

    I'll be posting the next challenge on this thread so you can find it! I think it will be a 6 week challenge from 2/15 starting / ending this challenge till Easter 3/28??? Let me know what you all think????


  3. Although we're still missing some weights I thought I would update our numbers from last week. If you see any of your numbers in blue that means I'm missing that weight and I've carried over your last weight.

    If you get more than 3 blue numbers I'll assume you no longer want to participate and I will delete your name from our spreadsheet. You can update your weight any time during the week, but if I don't get it on Mondays then it may take me longer to update the spreadsheet.

    Drum roll please!!! In total we have lost 446.1 lbs since we started on 1/4/16! Great job everyone! Congrats to @annaberke 84 who has the largest % of weight loss at 8.30%!!!

    SW 290. Week 1

    Vacation. Week 2

    CW 290.2 Week 3

    I was visiting my grandkids for a week and didn't change my eating habits. I guess staying basically the same is a good thing, right?

    As I was typing in 290.2 and feeling a tiny bit sad I made a typo and put 390.2.

    It was a real wake up call. If I hadn't started this weight loss surgery journey, that number would have eventually been mine. Yikes!

    I looked at my Fitbit Aria wifi scale log and my weight has been the same since Jan 4 give or take a pound.

    Definitely a stall. More Water. More movement. More Protein. My calories are between 450 and 700 daily. I'm going to go back to a Premier Protein drink once a day to make sure my count stays up between 60 and 90 grams. Saturday January 23 is my 65th birthday. I did this so I could be around to see my grandkids(2&5) grow up. What's a little stall in the big picture? My clothes are getting baggy and my face is much thinner.     You did a great thing, putting your health first so you can be here for your family. Take it from me, stalls will visit often. Make the best of your losses! Your doing great!

    I just wanted to take a minute to congratulate everyone on a week well done! As a group we lost 223.5 lbs this first week.That is awesome!!!!

    @@teaqueen lost the highest % of weight this week with 4.95%!!!

    I'm still missing a few starting weights and a few first week weigh ins, so our numbers may change a bit!

    Great job everybody! To those of us that had a stall or gain, we got this!!!! Next weigh in is our week!!!!
