    First day home from hospital. I can not figure out how I'm supposed to get 3 protein shakes, water, broth. jello down. I'm lucky if I get water down. :-(

      I taste test the on my blog. each bottle is 20 ounces that's 2 grams of protein per ounce, , best flavors I have found are black tea with lemon hands down the best, second is alpine punch, third is orange fourth grape. I definitely don't recommend passion fruit.
