  1. For the past few weeks, I've had a hankering for a peanut butter cup, and have managed to resist buying any every time I've gone shopping. The combination of peanut butter and chocolate is a favorite even though I'm not a choco-holic. Recently I've learned about PB2 powder and have found a recipe on Unjury that just might satisfy this craving and still have more protein and good stuff than bad stuff. I just ordered some PB2 to try. Will let you know how the peanut butter cups turn out.

Love PB2. The chocolate is a nice treat when my sweet tooth nags at me. Love either on on apples or celery as well as in a smoothy

I like that one, but I think my favorite is the Cinnamon Roll one. You're right they're not too sweet.

  3. If I couldn't walk for 20 minutes 3 times a day before my surgery, how am I supposed to do it one week post up when I'm still healing and haven't dropped enough weight to make exercise any easier yet?

Thanks all of you. Now I don't feel like such a failure.

@dlamp112. I'm so impressed that you can walk 3-4 miles a day after 2 months. That's inspiration.!!
