  1. @@Daveo You're welcome! Here's a picture so you know what you're looking for.
  2. I ate quest bars almost daily for the first 5 months, sometimes 2 a day and I did fine. I quite about 2 months ago. No particular reason I just decided to eat "real" food instead.
  3. @@Daisee68 Congratulations of that 75! Woohoo!!!
  4. Yay!!! You did it! Congratulations!
  5. Ok so I went to the surgeons today and had them do labs. Everything was spot on! Well except for my cholesterol. It's on the higher side but that's nothing new, I get it from my dad ;( We have decided it was from dehydration at this point. He wasn't even mad at me for not exercising. He said I should but I'm doing great just by watching what I'm eating. I didn't realize I lost 50 Lbs in that 3 months since I had seen him! All is well
  6. Well that's odd.
  7. No, I think we are closer now!
  8. Are you eating enough of the right foods? Protein?
  9. @@Daveo I'm all for goodwill or the Salvation Army. Sometimes you can donate them to a church or shelter.
  10. What??! I have to do it? Haven't I done enough already?! And then to find out today I've been wearing a stethoscope that only DR's wear! Crap! I don't think I can take much more of this! Stop trying to ruin my life!!!!
  11. I used (and still do) the premier protein ready made shakes. They have them at Walmart but I get mine at SAMs . They have a high protein count (30g) per 11oz shake. I only do the chocolate.
  12. Every time I point it out to them!!! I have no shame
  13. @@mallen1895 Congrats on your success so far that's wonderful! @@bellabloom Ha! I've never heard of doing that. I try to stay off the scale as much as I can so I won't be decorating it.
  14. @@choosehope Well I didn't have GB I had the sleeve but for what it's worth it's the best decision I have ever made in my life and I was scared to death and backing out up until it was over. Surgery is scary period. This surgery Is life changing. You are valid to worry it's human nature. As far as why you're sick now I don't know, have you been stressing about this all along? Stress can cause you to become sick. You may just really be sick. It happens. Sorry that your not feeling well and I know hospitals aren't like being at the Reggis but it's all for a wonderful purpose. It's hard to Imagine that right now I'm sure. Make a list of the reasons why you want/need this surgery. I can't tell you everything is going to be flawless and you won't have any issues ect.. But I can tell you from my own personal experience it was worth every twist and turn of the journey. I feel as though I've been reborn into who I was always meant to be. I hope you start feeling better and find peace and contentment in your decision. Godspeed.
  15. You guys need to invest in some "smooth move" tea! I'm telling you that stuff works! I haven't had any constipation issues and I only drink it maybe once a week.
  16. I was just looking at a picture of my daughter (14) and I from our day out Sunday and just realized we kinda look like we could be related, which is odd because everyone always said she looked adopted. Probably because she is thin. Now that I've lost the weight she looks like my daughter apparently. Ha! Just a realization. This is just too much fun! I feel like I have a whole new life.
