  1. @@Fabiana87 oh then that's different than what I did. If that's all you're eating then that's not enough. You may have got 40 grams of protein out of all of that IF your drinking a high protein option. I would drink a few more protein drinks or add some low carb options And lean meats like fish, turkey & Chicken. After surgery you are going to want to eat protein first so you may as well focus on that now. You can find a ton of recipes online. Try eating a few small protein snacks between small meals if you need to like cheese and turkey roll ups, a few natural almond, they sell P3 snacks at Walmart that have small portions of meat, cheese and nuts in them. Watch your sodium intake though. Processed meats have a lot of sodium normally. I usually go to the deli and ask for low sodium options. I actually prefer them because they taste more like meat and not over processed. I would call your nutritionist and see what exactly your suppose to be eating as far as calories ect...
  2. I would say there's a bit of a problem if that were the case.
  3. Get some "smooth move" tea and drink it. It's natural and will help you go. If you drink it at night you should be good by morning! Don't wait to long to get things moving. If you do get the tea make sure you let the bag seep for 20 minutes.
  4. Oh I also liked the Syntrax peanut butter cookie and strawberry mousse.
  5. Sounds wonderful. I've only found and used the hazelnut and vanilla. Are you talking about the Starbucks salted caramel drink? That use to be my favorite except they were always out of the dang salt!! I can't have them anymore though Stupid sugar!
  6. @@Daisee68 Well aren't you just a smarty pants with that salted Carmel syrup?! I've never even heard of such a flavor!
  7. @@Fabiana87 I'm not sure what your doing are you talking about a two week pre-op diet or something else? I did the pre-op diet to shrink my liver but I just called it a pre-op diet so it may not be the same as you. I was allowed 4 protein shakes, SF jello ,popsicles & broth. That's it so it was pretty easy for me since I didn't have any choices.
  8. @@cuchas You're doing excellent girl! You should be so proud!!
  9. @@wrights79 That's so funny you should ask because I'm chewing it now! I just bought a 3-pk of cinnamon. It can cause my stomach to growl but not always. Sometime I will have to burp. Doesn't stop me. I've never swallowed my gum.
  10. Premier Protein ready made shakes in chocolate! Before and after surgery!
  11. Add knocking my hip bones into EVERYTHING to the list!
  12. This website is so refreshing! We have armpits disappearing and "jina's" reappearing!! It's like a WL magic show in here today!
  13. @@stacyg1 I'm not even sure what's happening there! It looks all normal until I go to shave then BAM my armpit goes all MIA!
  14. @@onesleevedmamma I'm so glad I'm not alone! Boney-butt-itis hurts!
  15. You can do it! Maybe you should try another kind or water them down?
  16. Well congratulations and Welcome! I don't know what to say to comfort you since I've never been in that situation but I'm sure everything will be just fine. If you need more time just tell them!
  17. But of course! Depending on how you cook it!
  18. @@Tssiemer1 I'm going to have to ask you to reframe from associating the jina with the word "fleshy" I up chucked a bit and I need to keep my nutrients down!! Lol!! "Moist" and "fleshy" are horrible words! Do you just hate me or somethin?
  19. @@Babbs I was thinking the same thing!
  20. @@kimdlawson06 Ha!! Me too! I use to see those butt padded panties and immediate eye roll. Now I'm like "Where did I see those things?!" I'll take 2 in "double butt" or whatever they use to size them.
  21. @@KristenVSG2014 See! The struggle is real!!
  22. Lol! I don't know why this made me laugh! We have a secret "bald babes" society here. You can call us the major B's! Ha! I'm totally kidding you can tell your friend to calm it on down you won't be sporting a "2007 Britney" hair style. Yes, like the girls said above you will more than likely lose some hair but I seriously doubt you will be bald. What you should do is get a bald cap, don't see her for awhile and then put it on a freak her out!!!
  23. Congratulations!! ...sent from my iPad!
