I've been trying to drink more water. I drank 96 ozs today! Thats the most I've had in one day since surgery. It's all because I've fallin in love with this Berry water!! Regular water is to hard for me to drink. This is easy!

@@Alex Brecher I know and then I went and changed it! I was never given a goal weight. I was just going for a healthy BMI and now I got a bit cocky! Lol!

I picked this up too while I as there. I like it and it hasn't upset my stomach....yet.

Depends on what your pre-op diets is. The whole point is to shrink your liver. Even if you eat soups if they are full of fat and calories it will be pointless. What are you allowed?

First of all ask yourself why you would even give a rats a** what two strangers have to say? Who cares! People are always giving their two cents about grown folks lives! No, one ones knows your life struggle and you don't know why they are so dang nosey! You're obviously doing what you feel is best. Keep it movin sister!

My husband is AA and he suffers with dry skin also, not as bad as mine but he's loving this stuff too. And no girly smells. Ha!

@@BLERDgirl I will try that. Before I found this I was doing a honey/coconut/olive oil scrub. It only worked for a couple hours then right back to flakesville.

Oh and that was a lie I have more than one skin issue. My face breaks out with a couple pimples like a teenage girl when aunt "flo" comes to visit.....every freaking time!
