My last supper
@@dw40 Hey! I wasn't rude to you! I was joking with you and even said "good luck with your pre-op" then you insinuated we thought you were "ignorant in the process" we've heard that term "last supper" a gazillion times on here! I can't speak on how everyone else interpreted it but I knew what you were saying and the others where giving you advice! Your response did sound pissy! Any way sorry if you thought people where being rude it wasn't my intentions. I hear Thinnertimes Or obesity help may be good sites! Good luck!

3.5 months post op.... what's been tough for you?
Water! Pain water is not my friend but I'm kicking his butt anyway! Still the hardest thing to get down! That's about it....

Puréed meal ideas?
I like the ricotta cheese bake, it's like lasagna without the noodle. You could make the real for them and bake yourself some minus the noodles and you don't even have to purée it! Also, refried beans with sour cream, guacamole , and hummus...you can make the family tacos and make yours up different. Chicken and tuna salad is good and Lots of protein.

Your Favorite things- fitness/ exercise related
Woohoo! Enell is the best sports bra, thanks OPRAH! She recommended them years ago and thanks to her big mouth I had to wait 3 months to get mine! Completely sold out! It's the only sports bra that will hold my 34 DDD in the right place! It's not the most flattering look on the girls all smashed down but oh freakin well! I like Zumba I like anything I can shake my lovely lady lumps around to ( while I still have them anyway) I also like Pilates! I'm pretty Dang flexible for a curvy chick! And I like the good ol walking with my daughters! Mother daughter time...unless they start talking about boys at school. Then I like running, running home to lock myself in my room ha!! J.j I Can't run! (Yet)

Pre-Surgery Shake Diet
@@swmann12 Hummm well you should be worried about a lot of things at this point. You need to figure out why you would defy the surgeons Orders and eat things you weren't suppose to be eating regardless of the holidays. Especially when you know you "can't reschedule" or pay more. I would think that would have been motivation enough to stop you from eating like that. I never got the option of eating food in my two weeks just liquids, I had a birthday, desert concert, all kinds of stuff I had to Get through but I did it. I guess you should ask your self how bad do you really want this? The pre-op diet is only a short amount of time in a life long WLS life style. I know the pre-op can be difficult but it serves a purpose and your surgeon has that plan for you for a reason. I don't know, I would hope if you just Finnish this out on protein drinks you should be ok, heck some Drs don't even require a pre-op diet but that's not the point, the point is you need to be compliant with your Drs orders. If you trust Him/her to do surgery on you, you should trust the plan they have set for you. Good luck on your surgery! I hope it all works out for you!

Reset your sleeve?
Oh and gastric bypass peeps call it a "pouch test".....from my readings.
-
Reset your sleeve?
@@Patoonces I am no where near that point BUT in all my mass amounts of research I have heard multiple people say that once they felt they may have "stretched" the sleeve a bit or felt they weren't having as much restriction as they like they went back to the liquid diet phase for a week or two to "shrink" the stomach. Now, with that being said I have no idea if it works or is true but that's what I've read about.
