Oh I had those directly after surgery. They make my mouth feel numb. I drank some. I just have to suck it up and get this water in. I would rather drink coffee all day but I started getting light headed when I stood up so we decided I'm probably dehydrated so I've been pushing the water. It just makes me hungry and I don't like eating when I shouldn't be. Especially when I'm 20 lbs away from my new goal.

I'm with you on that. I drink water and I'm starving like I'm flushing out the food and making room for it. I drink water all day and then at night I won't lie its nothing but tea and a spoonful of peanut butter before bed. Yesterday I tried to just drink water it took me two hours to go to sleep cause of the stomach hunger pains. Lies , lies, lies !

Yep! Same here. I'm going to have to research what I could do about it. I don't eat 30 mins before or after I drink anything. So I have to deal with all the racket until I eat something that I didn't want to eat in the first place! I ate celery yesterday. That was gross all by itself .
