    When will this get better?

It will get better, I promise. Your body just needs a few days don't push it. Even though you may only have a few small holes on the outside you have been completely rearranged on the inside. Lay around and recover. Your family will understand.

    Frustrated. ...SLOW WL!

I don't think your doing anything wrong. 23 lbs in 11 weeks is amazing!!!! I am 18 weeks out and just hit 42 lbs. Don't compare your weight loss to anyone else. You will get there just give it time.
  5. I met my surgeon the day of surgery. I did see him and ask questions via Skype a couple weeks before hand.

Are you kidding me! I love the 80's clothes coming back! I'm in heaven lol
  13. I am 3 months out and every time I try to eat meat it feels like I just can't eat more than a bite or two. Meat feels so heavy to me, to even think about eating it turns me off. Before surgery I loved meat. How do I get over this. Its hard to get my protein in when I can't stand the thought of swallowing meat.

I did the same thing and I bet if you search you will find my post that said " I gained a pound and a half what the heck?" You will go back down. You probably need to poop.
  18. Are you drinking alcohol? I was understanding that we could not drink any alcohol for at least 6 to 9 months. What does your doctor say?
  19. Just wanted to chime in about having discarded stomach removed. I also choose to have mine removed, my Dr said he did not like the thought of leaving a dead peice tissue in the body.

    Cant eat?

It does get better ladies. I am 3 months out and I have a hard time with meat. My advice is to go slow!!! I was in a big hurry to start eating "normal food" all it did was get stuck in my chest and made me throw up. horrible feeling! So just take it slow!
