Been there! It just takes a little time, try applesauce, cottage cheese, Yogurt, sf pudding cup, saltine crackers. I was doing the same thing it just takes a little more time. Good luck and its OK to go slow. -

What's really bad is the stuff I shouldn't be eating goes down easy (crackers, pasta, cereal). Everything I should be eating (eggs and all meats) sit like a rock in my stomach if they don't come back up. -

I can understand your point of view but did you really expect people not to question? Humans are curious creatures. Try and take it as a complement. Also there might be another lady out there needing that extra little motivation to get surgery. I hope your get together goes well. -

anyone still on here that's more than a month out of surgery?

I look daily for info or advise. I am 6 weeks our from surgery looking for the normal for this time period, but everyone posting is either waiting for surgery or less than a month out. I know what to expect then already been there, its moving forward from 6 weeks to 6 months that I am searching for. -
