Hi Rob! Thank you for your kind words, prayers, and encouragement. I made it through, and am back home in RAINY Las Vegas! I'm glad to be home, but I know this is when the hard part starts! everything has gone as well as can be expected, minus my vomiting everytime I've taken the Nexium. This is, I believe, because the doc wants it to be dissolved before taken, and it just won't settle. Asked them if I can just take it whole today, and they told me to switch to Prilosec or Prevacid, a much smaller tablet that they said I can swallow whole... So, that's the update with me. Heading out to the store to pick up sugar free popsicles and liquid benadryl. Had a slight allergic reaction to some of the tape, so will cure that with the allergy med I hope. Thanks for checking in!
