    HI, i am having my surgery next Wednesday (22nd) and i was pretty cool about it all knowing that the long term goal is going to be amazing. But over the weekend a few people have been really negative with horrible stories of hair falling out, not getting enough nutrition and always being sick and wondering - is it really that bad?. Could really do with the support. Cass
