    First Week DONE! Tomorrow will be Day 1 of my 2nd Week, had my first week checkup today as well, and everything is going GREAT. I have already lost 12 pounds!! Whoa!!!! I'm graduating to smoothies, thicker liquids but pretty much staying to my plan. I have to step up on my exercise, so now I’ll be doing my 30 minute cardio at a tolerable pace, aka WALKING! Starting Weight: 249lbs Surgery Weight: 238lbs Current Weight: 228lbs

      GREAT JOB!! My first week is done also!! I am down 15 since surgery, 30 total!! I have been trying to walk a minimum of 3000 steps every day!! I am still on the clear liquid diet for another week. Continued success my sleeved brother!!!
