Thanks y'all. Been doing the gym 4-5 days a week... Regardless of the scale I'm still going strong...scale will move when it feels like it lol

It's been an eventful 7 weeks, a lot of bad days but hopefully they're over with. I'm 51lbs down since surgery...76 total

So it's 1am, 2 weeks post op, my redskins just beat Dallas & I run up to the convience store...I got me a power aide zero...needed some taste. But wow it felt amazing to walk by the pizza' hot dogs, than I drove past an opened McDonald's.....was weird but I did it

Feeling ok.... Really been tough to get all the liquids in and protein. I feel bloated all the time :/

Yay! I'm gonna try to post something Monday night or Tuesday night.

Thanks man, i did my final weigh in before surgery today. Just nervous. I don't want my body to hate food, I travel a lot and don't want to become that guy that can't enjoy local food, of course small portions which will be great. Really appreciate the kind words.
