Mine was 11/7 im dojng good almost pain free! I'm on my second phase 2 weeks full liquid diet. I hope everyone is doing good.

I'm not allowed to eat that after week 4.. after 3 weeks of liquid diet

She gets mad so quick I try to explain this that some people return to work after 5 days and she star telling me do whatever you want im leaving ohh is so frustrating.. thank you

Me neither I cant drink the protein shake without feel a lot of gas maybe I need to try another one i was drinking body fortress

Hello my friends.. I have a question. My mother came to help me after surgery im 9 days post op she is old school she doent let me do anything I know my dr told me i cant drive or cook in the first week but i want so badly go out of the house im tired and bored of been stuck in here.. she doesnt let me go outside or even worse going to a store or something like that am I wrong? Please i need some advise..

I told all my family and friends, losing weight is something you can not hide and less if you've always been chubby. I do not want to be giving explanations later, so I told everyone my decision.

I stop smoking one week before surgery.. thank God I'm ok.. and I'm not returning.. for now..

Omg you can do this!! I did 2 weeks liquid diet and now I'm 1 week post op and still in liquid diet for the next 2 weeks..

I know it's the first week, but it's frustrating to see that there is nothing down the first week, I lost 10 pounds in my liquid diet. I must give it time but I keep thinking It will work for me?

Same here!! Its painful sometimes cuts my air and I can't talk.. sleeved 11/7

I was sleeved 11/7 and gain 5 pounds but I think is because of the Iv fluids..

My 2 weeks pre op diet were so far so good.. but sometimes I felt the hunger.. I was sleeved on nov the 7th and Im ok doing my liquid diet.. my doctor told me to take everything regular no sugar free for the first week.. then will be another 2 weeks in full liquid diet the same just adding the shakes and now all sugar free... I had no problems with gas.. my big problem is the pain in my big incision .. omg its painful but this is just me.. good luck!!

Applejuice worked for me..

I was sleeved nov 7 everyday is better but the big cut is killing meee sometimes i feel down because some people are pain free but im not going to lie.. it hurts thank God gas was not a problem for me..

Good luck all!! I'm sleeved nov 7 was my date so im 4th day with just a little pain on my left side but its normal. Good luck God bless you! And welcome to the loser's bench!
