So I'll admit it I've been incredibly jealous seeing everyone's numbers. I feel like I'm so far behind. I'm 2 1/2 months out I've loss 33% of my excess weight. Do you guys know your %? I think this will be the true measurement of whether I've been slacking or not

Omg what do you guys do instead of eat?! I am craving and fiending for something beefy and gravy-ey. I'm like Tucan Sam. In following my noise everywhere its not supposed to be. All I can think about is eating. I've been googling "how long does it takes until I can eat a regular. " and that should be the last thing on my mind because I'm losing so slowly. I know that every one losses at a different rate but my rate turtle. I just want to eat. What do you guys do to get rid of or through this?

How did you keep your hair from falling out? When I swim I got to the salon with 6" split ends.

I consider a sip whatever doesn't hurt to get down. You will have to experiment to see

Are you able to gain muscle while on the low calories? I wanna be toned but not thin. Have any of you done this? Or is the caloric intake too low?

I'm taking in about 70 grams of Protein daily. My scale says I've lost about 7% of muscle. I really really really want to keep my curves. Is gaining muscle possible?

Ive come to the conclusion "once a fat girl always a fat girl" I would lose about 80 lbs on and off in the past. I would love my body on everyone else. I would see people and say "if only I could have their body" family and friends would be like "you do" but I never saw it.

You have to take other wins. Like the smaller clothes and other goals that you've hit.

I can't wait til I can go into the stores and try on clothes I can't afford! I can't wait til I sit down and not feel like I'm trying to make a muscle. Lord knows I've gotten wide lol

I've been stalled for about a week! I'm not even taking in 500 cals because my stomach returns everything I give it. Why am I not moving?

I think if you are experiencing PAIN and not discomfort you need to speak to your surgeon.

I was sleeved on the 6th. So it's a long Tyumen before I can even testee chicken let alone get tired of it.

I wanna eat! We can I eat again. This past 10 nights Ive dreamt about food. Its the only time I've been happy since the surgery.

I miss cooking. In my mind I'm a gourmet chef. I have a million paleo/semipaleo recipes. I'm ready to get into the groove of things. How long did it take you to be able to eat again? Right now I can hold 1oz at time.

On another note for those of you that are losing massive amounts of weight how did you do it? Were you strict to the diet. Did you have "fun"? When did you stay working out?

I just had my first bm since my surgery. I thought I was going to die. I vomited it was so much work and pain. I was exhausted. Did any one go through this? Will it be like this the next time also?

You have to drink very slowly. When I was at your stage it took me 3hrs to get down 4oz. You have to take tinier than tiny sips. You also have to walk to get that gas out. There's no easy way.

I'm not sure what to do about eating. My stomach gets Protein Shakes. Anyways have probably always will. I get so queasy when I drink them. Does anyone else go through this? How do you eat? I'm 16 days out and hangry

You may have loss weight but your still bloated. I'm still crazy bloated. Like 9mos pregnant bloated. Hop on a scale and stay on liquids. Stay motivated, I know it's hard in constantly looking for things I can graze on. I have to remind myself of my goal.
