Mine is the 15th waiting on insurance company for approval omg there taking to long lol will it's only been 2 days will 3 my doctor send my paper work off on Friday

your so right yesterday my niece birthday cake was sitting there calling me but I turned around and picked my Lara protein shake it feels good when we can over the cravings yay!

Dang yea I get one meal so happy for that my lunch shake I can have a small piece of guilt and snack after lunch 6oz light yogurt then dinner 4oz of lean meat or seafood and 1 cup of vegs and 64 oz of clear liquid

. My dinner the one meal a day this is day two of my liver shrinking diet doing good
