Hey everyone! So I have finally submitted everything to my insurance (UH) and picked a surgery date of Oct.17. Does anyone else have surgery this date? It would be great to have some buddies to go through this with step by step. I am a little concerned though because my coordinator did not submit my weightloss monitoring documents. She told me that my insurance has not been requesting them so it was not a necessity however if they ask for them we will send them. I dont know how I should feel about that. Should I be happy that everything is sent or should I just go with the flow and see if they need them later on??... the good thing is that im almost there, on the loosing side!!

I am having surgery on the 20th. Today is the first of 14 days of the clear liquid diet.

Mine is on Oct 22. Started this process in Feb this year. Can't believe its almost time! Excited!!

Has you insurance approved the surgery yet? Mine is taking forever, im still waiting.

Mine is the 15th waiting on insurance company for approval omg there taking to long lol will it's only been 2 days will 3 my doctor send my paper work off on Friday

I was hoping to have approval this month. But the psychiatric doctor has not sent his report in its been 3 weeks. Sept 16 was my appointment.
