I will be having my procedure in Lagrange on the 22nd of this month. How about you?

I'm scheduled for October 22nd..I'm from the Dothan area.I'm having surgery in Lagrange GA.

Mine is scheduled for October 22nd in Lagrange Ga. I begin my Pre-ops on Tuesday October 7th.

I have a BMI of 36.7 and plan to lose 69 pds...been approved and just waiting to be scheduled....

My surgeon's office got a verbal authorization on Wednesday but the surgeon's office has not called me yet.....????

I'm 5'1 and currently 196...GW 130. Waiting to be scheduled..

My surgeon is Dr. Turton in Columbus Ga. I called Bcbs a week after my Surgeon's insurance coordinator re-submitted my paperwork.

Well, I was approved 2 weeks ago and niether my surgeons' office nor myself have recieved any formal notification. I sumbitted three years of weight history and office notes. I am going crazy waiting for my surgery date....lol

Sounds like they don't want you to be happy....

I can relate. ..my husband and I have decided to tell our families that I am having my gallbladder removed just for this reason. ...In a way I feel guilty for not being open. ..but really.....Do we have to tell our families everything? I question myself all the time about this topic. ..but when I think of being 2, 3, 4,5, months post op and back to 130 lbs.... I know it will be worth it...and if something goes wrong we will worry about it then..... Btw...We're not revealing my surgery date until the day before. ....

Mine was my 5 year old daguhter telling me that she wanted me to be skinny like her .. This was a real wake-up call for me.....and my knees and hip aching constantly to the point where it was waking me out of my sleep.
