  1. Guys, i'm going insane. Thing is, my surgery is set for January 6th, not only am I starving but I have to admit I am excited as can be. Yesterday I went in for my pre-surgical testing and thank the heavens that everything came out perfect, or so I thought. Later in the afternoon, I got a phone call saying, "we found something in your urine, it looks like an infection." Like are you kidding me? Ive had infections down there before and I havent had any symptoms or else I would of gotten it taken care of a while ago instead of now. Supposedly, this could make my surgery be postponed. Like are you serious, she said that there is also a chance that it might still be set as long as im being treated but that it all depends on my surgeon. I'm just wondering, has this ever happend to anyone else? I'm going insane.. I just really don't want to wait any longer for my surgery.
  2. Honestly, i've never been so scared or stressed in my life. Back in 2013 I had started planning my gastric sleeve surgery just to find out I was 7 weeks pregnant. My monthly friend has always been irregular and well since I thought that weighing in at 293 I was too "big" to get pregnant, I hadnt really ever payed attention to my cycles. Having my daughter put my plans on hold for a while, now that she's 8 months old, I am on my 2'd required month out of 3, and am currently on day 36 of my usual 28 day cycle.. This can not be happening AGAIN! Like come on, IDK if it's all just because of stress or not but my all my tests and sonos have come back negative. I really want this surgery more than anything, and I cannot believe I could be going through this all over again. Any advice? I could of sworn I was being safe, I guess you can never be "too safe" because here I am again :'(

    Cigna questions

Thank you so much, they told me it can take longer than a month from cigna to approve so you are giving me great hope! I will call again to make sure, so nervous I hope it is 3 months. Thanks!!

    Cigna questions

Hi! New to this app, and loving it already. I just started my journey towards getting the sleeve done. I'm only 21 years old, and feel like im 90! Always so tired and feeling bad about myself. I wanted a change not only for me but for my 8 month old daughter, so after thinking about this for a long year I decided to go through with it. If anyone has cigna please, help me figure this out. When I origionally called, they said I had to wait 6 months, and then they said 3, im afraid that i'm getting my hopes up for 3 and then they will say that I need to wait and do another 3, i'll be devasted. Also, how long did it take you guys to get approved? Thanks so much for listening, I appreciate your help! xoxo
