Tried to do some maintainance on my treadmill (lube the deck) and screwed it up. Messed about for half hour and gave up - fix it tomorrow maybe? Damn I really wanted to go for a jog but it is cold, dark and raining.

I'm really close to Onderland. Not sure how long I am going to hold at 200. I want to hit 198 by a certain date and I have plenty of time, but now I just want it to happen.

It's very interesting to me that some people are SO in-tune with their bodies, they just *know* that they will be fine if they hurry through the food stages or drink alcohol early. If I was that in-tune with mine, I never would have needed WLS to begin with. I am SUPER jealous.

Reminds me of how MIL swears she could tell she had no polyps or cancer when she had a colonoscopy and it was a waste of time, as she believed she would have felt them if there were any "up there!" I just said that I guess my MIL would be an expert on her colon since she spent so much time with her head shoved waaaaay up in there.

a few weeks ago I bought a pair of size 12 dress pants because they were on clearance. they were a couple of inches away from fastening/zipping. today they fastened/zipped easily. don't look quite right yet, but within the next couple of weeks I suspect they will. I haven't worn that size in a very long time. guess I better put them in the queue to be hemmed up!

3 months and 1 day post op. Down a total of 83 lbs. Life is good :-)

Well....hopped on bathroom scale this morning...322 on one...went and used the HD scale and it read 325. This officially drops me from a 58 BMI down to 39. 153 lbs lost and the ship is still sailing. Feels damn good... so grateful for this sleeve gift. So grateful for the friends found here at Bariatric Pal.

When I look in the mirror.....I still see the same person I saw 83lbs ago....I can tell the difference in pictures...but not in the mirror. Is that normal?
