I'm day 5 now... Yesterday was my best day yet, but this morning I woke up with a killer headache. I'm wondering if because I've cut back so much that my body has become deficient in something. Carbs maybe?? Haha seriously tho... I'm wondering if it's a vitamin thing.

I'm on day 7 and get its so much better... Day 2-5 were my worst.... I had horrible headaches. I feel great now. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. It won't last forever and the end result is worth the misery. Keep your eye on the prize!! A new YOU!! -

I did try... I'm thinking that I'll have to do what I can do. I'm a mommy of a two year old and work full time. K have to function. :-/ headaches after surgery while on pain meds?? Hehe -

I'm 5 days into my liquid diet. My surgery date is sept 30th... I Prob do need to drink more water because it seems to only hit me when I wake up. As I get hydrated and "eat" something, I feel better. -

I am scheduled for my sleeve surgery on September 30th and started my liquid diet today. I am so excited, but know this will fade. Thoughts on how to keep up momentum and who's with me?? What are you eating on your liquid diet?? I wonder if everyone pretty much has the same lists. -
I'm struggling too... I'm not too terribly hungry, I'm just exhausted and have a headache. I guess I anticipated it, but it still stinks. I'm on day 2/14. My surgery is scheduled September 30th.
