Hi!
Its been over a year since I had my surgery! I have never been this light in my life. NEVER! Oh Boy! where does time go? I still miss food I am not going to lie, But I now can push my plate away when I am satisfied. Sometimes I push my limits and get sick. Mostly over sweets, I can eat almost anything just very small portions. ONE THING no one on any you tube channel or blog told me the pain when you wake up from surgery! omg that was the worse pain I ever experienced. BUT thank god the mind forgets pain. The day of surgery I was so scared but hopeful! I woke up in pain but new what the outcome would be. I NEVER completed anything in my life. I never had the GUTS or self esteem to finish anything. Well I DID it! now 137 pounds down and I feel like a million dollars! I did have a allergic reaction to something in the hospital. My face blew up. I think it was local anesthetic because when I had the endoscopy I went to the hospital that night with body hives and i was really hot. Then after surgery my face blew up and I was really really hot. They think I am allergic to liquid Tylenol but then I think I would be allergic to the pill form, but I am not. Overall I was well taken care of. I do not keep up on my vitamins and alot of the times I do not eat right. Its very hard mentally to lose so much weight so quickly. This is why i came to Bariatric pal. I NEED SUPPORT and advice about my day to day problems.
