  1. Thanks Maggie0210 I am excited, I am not sure if i am losing the weight the way I should although my nutritionists says i am. I am getting a little discourage but staying on track i am getting my protein in and drinking lots and lots of water and bought myself a elliptical and a treadmill for xmas since i work 2 jobs in the beginning after surgery i was walking 5 miles a day then started a 2nd job last month so i am missing the gym and walking decide to turn a room into a gym got one more thing i want to buy to complete my gym and that will be something for toning.
  2. thanks so much for replying i had no idea and of course did not want to purchase off line and then find out by my nutritionist that i can not use it so that was very helpful.....
  3. It has been 3months since my surgery and ofcourse I have lost over 60lbs. I am thinking of purchasing the nutribullet but the last time I was with my nutritionist she stated no juices. Which I did not ask her why wishing I did because I really thought that y would be ok to make healthy drinks can anyone tell me why no juice or is it ok for me to get the nutribullet.

    New Food For Post Ops...

Before my surgery I would only have protein shake for breakfast or protein bar, early snack yogurt fat free with fruit, lunch protein shake or protein bar,mid day snack which yogurt fat free with fruit ( fruit had to be size of tennis ball). Dinner 3oz of meat any unlimited vegetables but no starchy vegetables. And if I got hungry at nite I could have any vegetables that were not starchy or fruit. And of course I could not put any butter or any fat to season food.
