Was banded 9 days ago, I am having a burning (sometimes) in the left side of my stomach, but not right at the port area, has anyone else felt this?

Everyday will get better. I had some ps years ago, and I still remember the pain like it was yesterday. It was well worth it. My thoughts are with you.

Just wanted to wish everyone good luck. I know your scared and nervous because I was and I believe everyone who has the band knows what your going thru. I'm very new at this was just banded on 8-8-05, but if I can help please just ask.

I was banded on Monday, I had shoulder pains also, but they are better now.

I had surgery Monday August 8, When can I expect the insides and outsides of my stomach to feel normal again.

thanks everyone, It's not really pain, I went back to work Friday. Its just they don't feel normal well shot I don't know how to put it. lolollol -
Hi, I was banded on the 8th of August and I agree with you the gas pains were a lot worse than what I thought they would be. They do get better everyday.

Ok I'm on the liquid diet for 2 weeks, I know what I can have, but how much can I have?

I got my band on Monday, I guess that makes me 6 days post. I am hungry and feel like I can get full on liquids.

Dr. Rumbaut in Monterrey Mexico has a nice couch in your room for a guest. He thinks its best that you bring someone with you. -

I had surgery on Monday and the upper middle part of my chest hurts, do you have any ideal what is causing this. I haven't eaten anything only clear liquids. HELP

Here I am sitting in Mexico, just as nervous as I can be. I don´t think I was this nervous with my first child. Surgery is Monday Morning at 10:00 everyone please cross your fingeres for me, and any thing else that you can cross ha ha
