  1. I didn't have a hernia but had gerd, took over the counter acid reducers daily. 4 weeks out, not even a sign of heartburn or reflux etc, so thankful.
  2. I haven't eaten anything I'm not supposed to at 4-weeks out but I know NUTS are sliders for me so I measure one oz.
  3. Thanks to this post I am losing more now. My surgeon nor nutritionist told me how many carbs to stay under. I think I was eating too many.
  4. I was the first surgery of the morning, went home the next night.
  5. I didn't tell work. It worked out fine. I deserved some time off anyway.
  6. So you're taking it after sleeve? Do you have hydration issues.
  7. I HAVE THOUGHT ABOUT IT, SO DO WE REALLY NEED ONE WITH THE SLEEVE OR NOT? NOW I'M CONFUSED. ALSO I DON'T WANT ONE THAT SCREAMS IT LOUD AND CLEAR ESPECIALLY SINCE NOONE KNOWS I HAVE BEEN SLEEVED.
  8. I'VE NOTICED THAT WHEN I WAS ON THE PRE-OP DIET, I FELT ACHY IN MY RIBS AND LIVER AREA. NOW THAT I'M LOSING POST OP I FEEL EVEN MORE ACHY IN THE RIB AREA. ANYONE EXPERIENCE THIS TOO??? DOES LOSING WEIGHT HURT? LOL
  9. I have eaten chili, tender steak in tiny pieces, cheese, cottage cheese, cooked greens, yogurt, Quest bars, shaved turkey, fish, fine slaw, nuts, the only thing I can't take is scrambled eggs or DESIGNER Protein. I can eat a fried egg but scrambled hurts and DESIGNER PROTEIN makes me nauseous and makes my heart race. Tried it for a week no more, I'm ready to throw it out.
  10. I am experiencing this. I wake up at 2, 3, 4 am and its very hard to go back to sleep, too dark to walk, and too noisy to do chores while everyone else is asleep. Makes me a little tired thru the day but then I can't break the cycle because I can't stay up past nine since I'm so sleepy.
  11. 4 weeks out - every morning like before surgery
  12. 4 weeks tomorrow, 9 pounds lost, following my plan, except need more exercise, about to go nuts, what if the scale really isn't going to move, is that possible? 269

  18. So happy for you! I cannot wait for that day!
  19. All nature made COMPLETE MULTI LIQUID GEL CAP, B-12 LIQUID GEL CAPS, BIOTIN LIQUID GEL CAPS, and CALTRATE MINIS which are calcium CITRATE plus D. All twice per day except b-12 just once per day. All this meets up to my dieticians strict and confusing standards : )
