    Oat meal is loaded with carbs and you may want to stick with low fat Campbell's cream of whatever soups . Lots of water and walk to move that body . I'm having the same problem with protein . 2 weeks out today ! I've lost 17 but nothing on the 2nd week hugs it gets better I hope
