  1. Hi Traveler60 I have yoyo'd with all kinds of diets, trust me it's not through lack of trying that I haven't lost weight. The decision to go ahead WLS is not a decision you take lightly, you need to put yourself first. I have sisters who didn't understand or support my decision. But I decided to write a letter to them all explaining why I needed to do this and what I was going to get out of it. Maybe that's one way you can let your sister know what you want to do. I think your really brave to go ahead with it, it's hard and I'm on my fourth day but it's worth it. Good luck and remember we are all here for you Satters
  2. Thank you so much that really has helped xx
  3. You seem to have done really well, just because you don't lose every week doesn't mean your doing anything wrong. It maybe the time and date you lasted weighted conflicting when you last ate. Try getting rid of the scales if you can set yourself a date every week that you are going to weight yourself. That way you may find it easier to deal with. Good luck and wishing you all the best Satters
  4. Dear All My name is Sat and I had my gastric sleeve done on 5th Sept 2014, it's my fourth day and whilst I'm getting over the pain. I feel more tired and miss food. I know it's normal but I'm scared that I may slip into depression because I miss eating. I know why I did this surgery but I'm worried that I won't be able to get through the next four weeks on liquids. I'm really not liking eating Soup it's not hitting that savoury spot. I guess what I'm asking you all do you have any advice for me. Help....
