  12. Have you tried drinking warm tea without sugar and creams I have found that flavored teas curb my hunger and I am on the pre op with on shake for Breakfast one for lunch and 4 oz. of chicken, fish, or turkey, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 cup of veggies except corn lima Beans and peas and then 10 calorie liquids in between. We have a place down the shore and we came here last night and I had to cook dinner for my husband and our 5 yr. old well it was cheese burgers and corn on the cob wow I wanted to kill for the burger because it smelled so good but I made pumpkin spiced tea and I was good I have been doing this for three days now and the tea seems to help with hunger (oh and its decaf from Celestial seasonings) Maybe this will help.
