    Hi, I was banded by Dr. Marsden on 12-10-2007, my first fill is scheduled for 1-14-2008. I am doing O.K., I've lost about 12 pounds, however, I think I should be losing more. Do you have any suggestions on exercise? I'm still having some pain at the port site. Merry Christmas and Happy eating! Debbie
