yes I get dizzy !! Sleeved 9/16 n overall doing well... Except being dizzy at times n still taking naps everyday. I start back to work on Monday n a bit worried that I'm not ready

Pre op get ur fluids in n walk... Post op. Walk off the gas n major focus on getting ur fluids... Lol - sounds simple but really challenging n oh so important

Yes, I was Sleeved the 16th. Having the same experience. Sip sip sip, my entire focus right now. Have to walk n stretch a lot when I "sip too much" But so worth it????????????. Only think now I brought out in cold sores in my lips, not too pleasant ????

I was the 16tg also, home now with no regrets !! Just tired n a bit sore. Biggest focus now is getting in the liquids ???? good luck to you

I am sleeved!!! Surgery was pushed to 1:30 PM so I am 13 hrs post op n doing great???? I was in my room by 5 and up walking by 8. Got a little nauseous when I walked so the gave me some meds n was fine right away. I did take some pain meds ( prob why I did so great.... Lol) which interfered with my saturation levels a bit but all is great now . I go in at 9:30 AM for the Dye test so wish me luck???? Hope everyone else is doing super great too!!!

How r u digesting the raw veggies n fruits from the shake? What else r u putting in them during your 2 weeks of purée? I go in Tuesday, so I'm trying to get as much prepared today n tomorrow, just made a pot of creamed soup that I will purée in the Nutribullet, separate n freeze.

I am having my surgery on Tuesday, so still doing a lot of research. I read today that the body can absorb 20g of protein at a time. Anyone else have something different, n where can I find it? Right now I am using Bariatric advantage / Amazon

I have both. The magic bullet is more of a basic smoothie machine. You def want the Nutribullet or similar that Emulsifies all seeds/ Nuts/ Veggies etc to get all the nutrients. I use the magic bullet for basic protein powder shakes with ice, frozen fruit n the such.
