I get my sublingual B-12 from Sams's club, you can get year supply for less than $20. I want to say less than $14

thanks for the tip guys! i'm in holland, so i'll ask my dr about the sublinguals. my sister in law is a nurse, and she's been gracious enough to give me the shot but if i can avoid that, score! lol
