Severe Bloating When Eating or Drinking?

I do and have haf several tests done but to no avail. Im feeling miserable and thinking about a revision but have no clue as to how to go about it. -

I had roux n y 10 years ago and lost about 175 pounds. 10 years later I've probably gained back about 30. My problem seems to be what feels and looks like severr bloating. Any thoughts?
