Thanks , I was just having a bad day , I am so ready to have this surgery over with and start a new life being healthy ! Weight is down to 235 wishing to be down to 230 by weds ! Nothing but Protein Shakes and Water until midnight tues night . Have to be at the hospital @5am weds morning ????

Beni , you got this ! Just stick to it ????I have already drank 94ozs of Fluid today and it's not even 330 yet now I have the stinkin hiccups ! Just think this time next week my surgery will be over ! Hip hip hur ray !!!

Oh my , I'm picking up dinner for the family pizza Hut ! I would love so much to have just ONE wing !!! But then I tell my self I'm going to look pretty rockin my cute little sun dress this summer !!!! The hell with the wings !!!! ????????????

I seen if u drank squeezed lemons and warm Water it is sapose to detox your liver . I understand that they want you to shrink your liver but in all reality I like to keep mine lol

I have added up all my Fluid intake today I drank 4 whey shakes 8 oz two bottles of Water 23oz then 6 16oz bottles of water =154 oz today !! So for the love of Mary , how much more does my dr want me to drink !!! I'm about ready to float out of here ????

I just keep drinking more Water ! If it's not going to be all the cramps keeping me up it will me going to the potty all night ...

I'm so happy that my surgery date will be here soon ! It has been a long time coming ! Started the process one year ago July ! Now it's time to change my life for the better , can't wait to see what 2015 will bring !!!!!!
