  5. Im noticing that im losing more hair these days (banded in Jan 2015) im already taking prenatal, biotin, b12 vitamins. I used to take a multi vitamin but switched to a prenatal. Should i add it back in? Anything else i can take?

  7. Hello everyone i havent posted in a long while, how is everyone? Im doing good, so much happier since my surgery. Ive lost about 25lbs, down 3 pant sizes and down 2 shirt sizes, yay! Juat wanted some input on frozen meal ideas? So i can take to lunch for work. Like lean cuisine, Amy's, Marie Calendars, and the bowl ones (i forget what they're called) let me know what ur thoughts are. Loving my life, blessed!

  10. Had a visit w/Dr yesterday and im under 200lbs, haven't been under in 6 years+. Im so happy. Didnt get a fill, Dr says i didnt need it, since im still eating at every 4/5 hours, gotta wait till i get hungry at every 2/3 hours...
  11. Today I'm exactly 1 month out from surgery. I got a little fill today. But what am I to eat now for the first 24 hours??? I dont think I can do just liquids for 24 hours...HELP
  12. Hello. A week after my surgery I got sick, real bad nausea, had to go back to Dr, to get fluid removed. Since then I'm sooo much better, I don't regret it anymore. Last week on Sunday I weighed myself and I'm 15lbs down ???? . I go this Friday for my 1 month follow up

  17. Last week on Friday I moved to "soft foods", since then I feel like I'm gaining weight. Is this the normal feeling? I'm still eating way way less than before, any advice wld be great, thx

  19. Try the gas x strips. My drs office told me they wld not help at all, I suffered 3 days, then I bought some and they DID help. Also walking, walking and walking. Good luck

  23. My appointment: they removed more fluid and told me to stay off the protein for a few days, they think the protein is yet too much for my stomach, as it's healing. So I did just that yesterday after appt, no nausea.
  24. Walking helps to get that out, also try the karate chops and get some gas x strips. Good luck
